• Verify the circuit breaker for the washing machine is in the ON position; if tripped, reset it by switching OFF then back ON
• Ensure the washing machine power cord is fully inserted into the wall outlet
• Check that both hot and cold water supply valves behind the washer are fully turned open (turn counterclockwise)
• Inspect the inlet hoses for kinks, bends, or crimping that could restrict water flow
• Examine the drain hose for blockages, kinks, or improper installation that could affect drainage
• Do not overload the drum; ensure you are following Miele's recommended load capacity guidelines
• Confirm the washing machine door is completely closed and the door latch clicks into place
• Press the Start/Stop button to fully cancel the current cycle
• Perform a complete power reset by switching off the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then switching it back ON
• If F63 appears again, do not attempt to disassemble the heating element or internal components
