• Turn off the circuit breaker supplying power to your dishwasher for 60 seconds, then turn it back on to reset the appliance
• Verify the circuit breaker switch is in the ON position and has not tripped
• Ensure the water supply shut-off valve under the sink is fully open (turn counterclockwise)
• Check that the dishwasher door is completely closed and fully latched with an audible click
• Remove and inspect the fine mesh filter at the bottom of the wash tub for debris, food particles, or mineral deposits; rinse thoroughly under running water
• Examine the upper and lower spray arms for clogs or blockages in the spray holes; use a toothpick to gently clear any obstructions
• Run an empty cycle with a commercial dishwasher cleaner designed for hard water deposits to help remove limescale buildup
• Check all visible water inlet hoses for kinks, cracks, or loose connections at both the dishwasher and water supply valve
• Ensure no dishes or items are blocking the spray arms or heating element area inside the tub
• If error persists after these checks, contact Miele customer service or a certified USA-based Miele repair technician, as internal component replacement will be required
