• Check your home's circuit breaker and ensure the breaker for the dishwasher is fully engaged in the ON position; if tripped, reset by turning it OFF then back ON
• Inspect the dishwasher filter in the bottom tub and remove any food debris or blockages that might prevent proper drainage
• Verify the water supply shut-off valve behind or beneath the dishwasher is fully open (turned counterclockwise)
• Examine both upper and lower spray arms from inside the tub to ensure spray holes are not clogged with mineral deposits or food particles
• Close the dishwasher door firmly until you hear and feel the latch engage completely, ensuring the door is properly seated
• Perform a complete reset by switching off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher for 60 seconds, then switch it back ON to allow the control board to reinitialize
• Unplug the dishwasher from its outlet for 60 seconds (if accessible) as an alternative reset method
• Allow the appliance to sit for several hours before attempting to use it again, as the control board may need time to stabilize
