• Dryer runs but produces little to no heat

• Turn off the dryer and unplug it from the wall outlet, or flip the circuit breaker serving the dryer to the OFF position for 60 seconds, then restore power to reset the appliance
• Check your home's electrical panel to ensure the 240V circuit breaker for the dryer has not tripped; reset it if necessary
• Open the dryer door and remove all clothing; visually inspect the lint filter and the area around it for excessive lint buildup, then clean thoroughly
• Check the dryer vent hose on the back of the unit to ensure it is not kinked, crushed, or blocked with lint; clean the vent opening outside your home if accessible
• Verify the dryer door closes completely and latches securely; a partially open door may trigger safety shutoffs
• Do not overload the dryer; ensure clothes have adequate space to tumble freely, as overcrowding can trap heat and cause sensors to malfunction
• Allow the dryer to cool completely before running another test cycle
