• Wash cycle stops or fails to start
• Drum does not fill with water
• Machine displays F45 error code on control panel
• Water flow is extremely slow or absent

• Water supply valves (hot and/or cold) are closed or partially closed
• Kinked or pinched water inlet hoses
• Clogged or frozen water inlet filters (common in winter in northern USA states)
• Low municipal water pressure in your area
• Defective water inlet valve solenoid (120V electrical component)
• Blocked or restricted water inlet hose connections
• Malfunctioning pressure sensor detecting insufficient water
• Faulty inlet valve assembly not opening properly
• Water supply line disconnected or damaged

• Verify both the hot and cold water supply valves behind the washing machine are fully turned open (turn counterclockwise)
• Check that the water inlet hoses are not kinked, pinched, or bent at sharp angles
• Inspect visible portions of inlet hoses for cracks or splits
• Ensure the drain hose is not kinked and water can flow freely
• Confirm the machine door is fully closed and latched securely
• Do not overload the washing machine with clothes
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel and ensure the breaker for the washing machine is in the ON position
• Turn off the circuit breaker to the washing machine for 60 seconds, then turn it back on to reset the appliance
• Contact your local water utility to confirm adequate water pressure in your area
• Do not attempt to disassemble the water inlet valve or internal components
