• Check your home's circuit breaker panel - ensure the breaker for the dishwasher is in the ON position and has not tripped; if tripped, switch OFF then back ON
• Inspect and clean the dishwasher filter located at the bottom of the tub - remove debris, food particles, and mineral deposits
• Verify the water supply shut-off valve beneath the sink is fully open by turning the handle counterclockwise
• Open the dishwasher door and visually inspect the upper and lower spray arms for blockages or clogged spray holes - gently rotate arms to check for free movement
• Ensure the dishwasher door closes completely and latches firmly with an audible click
• Perform a hard reset by switching OFF the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then switch back ON to allow the control board to reinitialize
• Check that your home's hot water heater is functioning properly and supplying adequately heated water
• Run a test cycle on a shorter wash program to see if error reoccurs
