• Inspect both inlet hoses for kinks, twists, or pinching; straighten any bent areas
• Disconnect the inlet hoses and visually inspect the mesh screens inside the connection points for debris or mineral buildup; rinse if necessary
• Check that inlet hoses are securely connected to the correct ports (hot water to red, cold water to blue on USA models)
• Ensure the washing machine door is fully closed and latched properly before starting a cycle
