• Check that the dryer is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is switched ON
• Verify the 240V outlet is functioning by testing with another appliance if safe to do so
• Remove and thoroughly clean the lint trap after each load
• Inspect the external vent hood to ensure it opens freely and is not blocked by lint or debris
• Check the dryer vent duct for blockages or kinks that restrict airflow
• Ensure you are not overloading the dryer drum—fill it only three-quarters full
• Verify the dryer door closes completely and latches securely
• Perform a hard reset: Turn off the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then turn it back ON
• Allow the dryer to cool for 15-20 minutes before restarting if it shut off suddenly
