• 240V/120V power supply fluctuations or insufficient electrical grounding
• Poor connection between the display panel and main control board
• Thermal fuse tripped due to overheating or power surge
• Wiring harness damaged by heat exposure or physical damage near heating elements

• Turn off power at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then restore power to perform a complete system reset
• Verify the oven door is fully closed and the door latch is properly engaged
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel to ensure the breaker serving the oven has not tripped; reset if necessary
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before attempting any troubleshooting or restart
• Ensure proper ventilation around the oven by checking that air vents are not blocked or obstructed
• Inspect visible wiring and connectors at the back of the oven for any obvious looseness or corrosion (do not disassemble)
• Try a different cooking function or mode to determine if the error is specific to one setting
• Check that all control panel buttons are clean and not stuck, and gently press them to ensure proper contact
