• Turn off power at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then switch back on to perform a complete system reset
• Check that the oven door is fully closed and the door latch engages properly
• Verify that the correct circuit breaker (typically 40-50 amp double-pole for 240V ranges) is ON and not tripped
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before attempting to use again
• Ensure there is proper ventilation space (minimum 1-2 inches) around all sides of the appliance
• Review the control panel settings and confirm no unusual selections were made
• Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet for 2-3 minutes if accessible, then reconnect and test
• Check that all visible wiring connections behind the control panel are tight and free from moisture or corrosion
• Ensure the oven racks are properly positioned and not blocking internal sensors
