• Dishwasher fails to fill with water during the wash cycle

• Door latch not making proper electrical contact during cycle initiation

• Verify your home's circuit breaker for the dishwasher is in the ON position; if tripped, switch it OFF then back ON
• Locate the dedicated water shut-off valve behind or beneath the dishwasher and ensure it is fully turned counterclockwise (fully open)
• Check that the water inlet hose has no visible kinks, bends, or compression points; straighten if needed
• Remove the dishwasher's filter assembly from the bottom of the tub and rinse thoroughly under running water to remove any debris or mineral buildup
• Inspect the spray arms (upper and lower) for blocked holes; use a toothpick or small wire to clear any obstructions
• Ensure the dishwasher door closes completely and latches firmly with an audible click
• Perform a complete power reset by switching the circuit breaker OFF, waiting 60 seconds, then switching it back ON
• Run a test cycle with the empty dishwasher to see if the error code clears
