Miele Washing Machine Error Code F15

• Washing machine fails to fill with water during the wash cycle
• Cycle starts but stops prematurely due to insufficient water
• Water fills very slowly or incompletely
• Machine displays F15 error code on the control panel
• No water flowing into the drum despite cycle being initiated
• Machine may emit beeping sounds when error occurs

• Water inlet valves are clogged with mineral deposits or debris common in North American tap water
• Hot or cold water supply hoses are kinked, crimped, or blocked
• Water supply shutoff valves (behind washer) are partially or fully closed
• 120V electrical supply to the inlet valve solenoid is interrupted
• Faulty water inlet valve that requires replacement
• Damaged or disconnected water inlet hose connections
• Clogged inlet valve filters due to sediment accumulation
• Control board malfunction preventing proper valve activation

• Turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the 120V outlet, or flip the circuit breaker to OFF for 60 seconds to reset the appliance
• Check both hot and cold water supply shutoff valves behind the washing machine are fully turned to the ON position (turned counterclockwise)
• Inspect both water inlet hoses for kinks, twists, or pinched sections that could restrict water flow
• Look for leaks or damage on the inlet hoses where they connect to the wall supply and machine inlet
• Verify the drain hose is not kinked or clogged, as back pressure can affect filling
• Open the hot and cold water supply valves slightly at the wall to ensure water is actively reaching the machine location
• Do not overload the washing machine, as this can strain the water inlet system
• Ensure the washing machine door is fully closed and the door latch clicks securely into place
• Run a test cycle with no clothes loaded to determine if the error persists
• If error continues after these checks, contact a Miele-authorized service technician as internal valve replacement may be needed
