Miele Oven & Range Error Code F33

• Oven will not heat or refuses to start cooking cycles
• Temperature display shows no reading or fluctuates erratically
• Error code F33 appears on the control panel display
• Oven may shut down mid-cycle or fail to reach set temperature
• Self-cleaning or specialty cooking programs become unavailable
• Range surface burners may function normally while oven is disabled

• Temperature probe (RTD sensor) has failed or become defective
• Loose or corroded electrical connection between probe and control board
• Damaged wiring in the temperature sensor circuit inside the oven cavity
• Control panel circuit board malfunction affecting temperature sensor signal processing
• Thermal fuse has blown due to temperature sensor circuit fault
• 240V electrical supply fluctuation affecting sensor calibration in USA models
• Moisture or food debris interfering with sensor connections
• Temperature sensor connector has become dislodged from internal connections

• Check that the circuit breaker for your oven/range is in the ON position; if tripped, reset it and note if error returns
• Verify the oven door is fully closed and latches completely with no gaps
• Review your control panel settings to ensure you selected the correct cooking function and temperature
• Allow the appliance to cool for at least 30 minutes if it was recently in use
• Inspect around and behind the oven to ensure adequate ventilation and no obstruction of air vents
• Power cycle the appliance by switching the dedicated circuit breaker OFF for 60 seconds, then switch it back ON to reset the control system
• Check that no cooking debris or spills are blocking the temperature probe opening inside the oven cavity
• Ensure the appliance is properly grounded with no visible damage to the power cord
• If error persists after these steps, contact a Miele-authorized service technician as internal component repair is required
