• Oven will not heat or ignite
• Heating elements remain inactive despite control panel commands

• Range top burners may not ignite or heat properly

• Loose or disconnected wire harness connections between control board and heating elements
• Faulty temperature sensor (RTD or thermistor) providing incorrect signal readings
• Defective electronic control board with communication circuit failure
• Power supply voltage fluctuation or inadequate 240V supply to USA models
• Failed relay or contactor preventing power delivery to heating elements
• Shorted or damaged wiring in the oven cavity or control circuits
• Malfunctioning touch control panel with compromised sensor connections
• Software glitch in the oven's microprocessor requiring reset
• Damaged heating element with internal short circuit

• Verify the circuit breaker for your oven is in the ON position; if tripped, switch it OFF then back ON
• Ensure the oven door is completely closed and latched properly
• Check that all control panel settings are appropriate for your cooking mode
• Allow the oven to cool for 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again
• Verify adequate ventilation space around the back and sides of the appliance
• Confirm proper 240V power supply is reaching the unit (listen for relay clicks when powered on)
• Perform a complete reset by turning OFF the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then turn it back ON
• Check that all oven racks and cookware are properly positioned and not interfering with heating elements
• Inspect visible wiring connections at the back of the unit for any obviously loose or disconnected plugs
• If error persists after reset, contact a certified Miele service technician for professional diagnosis and repair
