• Turn off the dishwasher at the wall outlet or circuit breaker, wait 60 seconds, then power back on to reset the control board
• Verify the main water shut-off valve (located under the kitchen sink) is fully open by turning the handle counterclockwise
• Check that the inlet hose is not kinked, bent, or compressed behind or under the dishwasher
• Inspect the water inlet hose connection at the back of the dishwasher to ensure it is tight and not leaking
• Look for the inlet filter screen where the hose connects to the dishwasher and carefully clean any debris or mineral buildup if accessible
• Confirm the dishwasher door is fully closed and the latch is engaging properly
• Listen for water entering the appliance during the fill cycle; absence of water noise confirms a filling issue
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel to ensure the dishwasher breaker has not tripped; reset if necessary
• Verify that the water supply to your home has adequate pressure by testing other faucets for normal flow
• Allow the dishwasher to sit unplugged for several minutes before attempting a reset cycle
